Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support a growing e-commerce brand in the beauty space. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences that build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
• Handle returns, refunds, and order-related concerns
• Provide product assistance and personalized recommendations
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Turn customer complaints into positive experiences
• Ensure timely and professional communication at all times
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or admin support
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Tools You Will Use:
• Gorgias (CRM / Customer Service Platform)
• RichPanel
• Shopify
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours:
• Part-Time (20 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST
Preferred Traits:
• Passion or interest in beauty products
• Experience applying or using beauty products (especially lashes) is a plus

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Credit score required
