Job Description:

We are looking for a people-focused Outbound Sales Caller Virtual Assistant to follow up with warm leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked a call.

Your main responsibility is to reach out, build rapport, and successfully convert these leads into booked Root Cause Strategy Calls.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident, persuasive, organized, and enjoys speaking with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call warm leads who have filled out forms but did not complete the booking process.

• Engage prospects in conversation, build trust, and guide them toward scheduling a Root Cause Strategy Call.

• Accurately log call outcomes and updates in HubSpot or CRM.

• Follow up with leads via phone, text, or other communication channels when needed.

• Maintain organized records of outreach and booking progress.

• Meet or exceed performance targets, including a 30% conversion rate from calls to bookings.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth lead handling and follow-up processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, appointment setting, or similar roles.

• Strong verbal English communication skills with a neutral or clear accent.

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections.

• Excellent interpersonal skills – must be a true “people person.”

• Organized and able to manage follow-ups and tracking efficiently.

• Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) is a plus.

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Working Hours:

• 20 hours per week

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)

• Schedule to be finalized with the client

• $5/hour
