Key Responsibilities:

• Number one—this role is about growth.

• Set up and manage Facebook lead generation campaigns

• Build and optimize marketing funnels

• Help design and improve website pages

• Create and manage automations and workflows

• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Generate leads for insurance sales

• Support recruitment marketing for new agents

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

Required Skills & Tools:

• You don’t have to know everything—but you need to know enough to execute and figure things out. Make sense?

• Facebook Ads Manager

• Funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)

• Basic website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar)

• CRM and automation tools

• Lead generation strategies

• Strong communication skills (Email, Text, Phone)
