Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of email campaigns, content publishing, and backend systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work (like content and design) and technical execution (like funnels and CRM management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns

• Handle CRM management and updates

• Create and manage funnels

• Perform light video editing for content and podcasts

• Design graphics using Canva

• Publish and manage blog content

• Assist in website updates and management

• Monitor analytics and campaign performance

• Support content distribution across platforms

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in marketing and CRM roles

• Strong background in email marketing and campaign management

• Experience with funnel creation and automation

• Basic video editing skills

• Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Tools You Will Use:

• Kajabi

• Descript

• Canva

• CRM platforms

• Email & SMS marketing tools (including GHL)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week)

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM CT

• Graveyard Shift (PH Time)
