Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and dependable Practice and Marketing Manager VA to support a growing online business in the health and wellness space.
This role is perfect for someone who is not just looking for a job—but wants to grow, contribute ideas, and be part of something meaningful. You’ll play a key role in helping expand our reach and impact, supporting both marketing and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
• Create and edit videos (short-form and long-form content)
• Design graphics and visual content aligned with brand style
• Write captions, basic email copy, and marketing content
• Manage and post content across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Assist with content planning and scheduling
Admin & Client Support
• Manage emails and client communication
• Handle scheduling and Calendly coordination
• Assist with light invoicing and basic Excel tasks
• Support client services and general admin tasks
Website & Content Management
• Upload and format blog posts on WordPress
• Assist in building and managing online courses
• Help set up webinars and landing pages
• Support basic SEO efforts
Growth & Outreach (Training Provided if Needed)
• Assist with media pitching and content publishing
• Help secure guest podcast opportunities
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Tools & Platforms You’ll Use
• Canva
• WordPress
• PowerPoint / Keynote
• Excel
• Email marketing platforms (e.g., GetResponse or similar)
• Calendly
• Social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Your preferred video/audio editing software

• Automation tools / funnel builders
• Ads platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram)
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Video editing experience (portfolio required)
• Social media management experience
• Basic copywriting and proofreading skills
• Graphic design skills with a strong eye for aesthetics
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems

Rate and Work Details:
• $5 to 9 USD per hour
• Part-time (20–29 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule
• Must be available for meetings twice a week during Hawaii business hours
