Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and organized Marketing Manager VA who knows how to connect, communicate, and get things done. This role is perfect for someone who is both people-focused and systems-driven—someone who can manage tools, start conversations, and help keep the pipeline moving.

Role Overview:

You’ll support daily marketing and communication efforts—managing CRM, handling social media, and reaching out to leads through phone, email, and text (with the help of AI tools). Your main goal? Help keep the calendar full and the business growing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update CRM (GoHighLevel) with accuracy and consistency

• Handle email and text communication with leads and clients

• Initiate telephone outreach (real conversations + AI-assisted)

• Support and manage social media accounts (posting, engagement, messaging)

• Assist with scheduling and booking appointments

• Use AI tools to streamline communication and follow-ups

• Stay organized and keep tasks on track daily

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

Tools You’ll Use:

• GoHighLevel (GHL)

• ChatGPT / AI tools

• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly or similar)

• Email and messaging systems

Work Schedule:

• 30 hours per week

• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (EST)

Rate:

• $5 USD per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is required

• Confident communicator—comfortable talking to people and starting conversations

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Social media savvy

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Reliable and responsive

• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency
