Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Lead Generation VA to help drive business growth through outbound efforts. In this role, you will focus on identifying potential clients, conducting cold calls, and setting up follow-up meetings for closing opportunities. This is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, is confident on the phone, and is results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to generate new leads
• Identify and research potential prospects (e.g., medspas)
• Engage prospects and build rapport quickly
• Schedule follow-up meetings for closing opportunities
• Maintain and update lead databases
• Track outreach efforts and results
• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Tools You Will Use:
• CRM systems (as provided)
• Lead generation tools
• Communication tools (phone, messaging apps)
Working Hours:
• Part-Time (20 hours/week)
• Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (Graveyard Shift)
