Job Description:
We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Content Virtual Assistant who can help transform ideas, voice notes, recordings, and long-form content into consistent, high-quality posts across multiple platforms.
This is a part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) and is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization.You will help ensure content is published consistently, stays on-brand, and remains well-organized behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Turn videos, audio recordings, and notes into social media content
• Write captions, hooks, and short-form post copy
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
• Create reels, quote graphics, carousels, and educational posts
• Schedule posts across different social media platforms
• Keep the content calendar updated and organized
• Upload YouTube videos with thumbnails, titles, and descriptions
• Follow brand voice and visual guidelines
• Maintain organized media folders and content libraries
• Track engagement and identify top-performing posts
• Suggest simple improvements based on analytics
• Organize files into clear, searchable folders by topic or campaign
Qualifications:
• Strong written English skills
• Canva design experience
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience with content repurposing
• Good file and folder organization skills
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Understanding of social media content workflows
• Reliable internet connection
• Previous VA or social media experience is a plus
