Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily operations, HR processes, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting teams, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
You will play a key role in managing employee-related processes, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with HR functions (employee onboarding, policies, check-ins, interviews, and exit processes)
• Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Take detailed meeting notes and track action items
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks and financial tracking
• Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling
• Manage administrative tasks and documentation
• Handle email management and communication
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Experience in HR and/or bookkeeping is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proactive and able to work independently

Working Hours:
• Part-Time (20 hours/week)
• 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM Eastern Time (Graveyard Shift – PH Time)
• $5/hour
