Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant who can execute a content-driven strategy focused on inspiration, brand storytelling, and product promotion. You will manage social media platforms, support email marketing efforts, assist with video and content planning, and help grow an engaged online community.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how to balance value-driven content with subtle selling, and who enjoys working on multiple creative and marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create and schedule inspirational content aligned with brand messaging
• Integrate product promotion naturally into content (minimum 2x per week)
• Develop and implement calls-to-action to drive website traffic and email signups
• Plan and organize weekly and monthly content themes
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter content planning
• Assist in growing and optimizing email capture strategies
• Research and explore new selling platforms (e.g., live selling platforms)
• Assist in evaluating website funnels and improving conversions
• Support video project coordination (concept, messaging, scheduling)
• Help organize and manage content for books, courses, and membership platforms
• Assist in planning live sessions for community engagement and product promotion
• Maintain organized schedules, calendars, and project timelines
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and audience engagement
• Experience with email marketing and lead generation strategies
• Ability to write compelling, inspirational, and conversion-focused content
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Comfortable working with multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of video content planning and coordination
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
• Part-time
• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
• $5/hour
