Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant who can manage online presence, engage with audiences, and support client communications. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both creative and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms
• Respond promptly to messages, inquiries, and client communications (email and phone)
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential clients or leads
• Assist in research and administrative support tasks
• Create basic graphic designs and video content for social media
• Assist in preparing and sending client quotes and proposals
• Help maintain organized systems for communication and workflows
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools
• Ability to handle client-facing communication professionally
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., MidJourney) is a plus
• Comfortable using payment and CRM-related tools
Tools You Will Use:
• Social Media Platforms (Instagram, etc.)
• Graphic design & video editing tools
• Stripe (for payments and quotes)
• Zoom
• LastPass (password manager)
• AI tools (e.g., MidJourney)
Working Hours:
• Part-Time (20 hours/week)
• Starting at 9:00 AM EST with flexibility (Graveyard Shift)
• $5/hour
