Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with strong expertise in Go High Level (GHL) and digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone who understands funnels, irresistible offers, and modern marketing workflows.

You will take ownership of marketing systems, support webinar campaigns, manage outreach efforts, and help scale online communities and subscription-based offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Go High Level (GHL) platforms

• Build and improve funnels, automations, and workflows

• Execute email marketing campaigns and list management

• Support webinar setup, promotion, and follow-ups

• Conduct outreach and booking calls using provided contact lists

• Create and schedule social media content

• Assist with short-form content editing (reels, posts)

• Maintain organized systems and marketing processes

• Handle inbox cleanup and email management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL)

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and offer creation

• Experience with email marketing and automation

• Background in social media marketing and content creation

• Confident in handling outreach and booking calls

• Highly organized and proactive

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Portfolio or sample work is highly preferred

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours/week)

• Graveyard Shift (US Central Time)

• Mostly weekdays, with occasional Saturday work (flexible)

• $6-$8/hr
