Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Accountant with solid experience in US taxation and proficiency in QuickBooks. This role requires someone who has handled multiple clients and can confidently manage financial records, ensure compliance, and provide accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports

• Handle US tax-related tasks including compliance and filings

• Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Analyze financial data to support decision-making

• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters when necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience in US taxation

• Proficient in QuickBooks

• Experience handling multiple clients/accounts

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Tools You Will Use:

• QuickBooks

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• Communication tools (Whatsapp, Zoom, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)

Compensation:

• $5–6/hr
