Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter & Sales VA who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with leads, booking appointments, and driving sales results. If you're proactive, curious, and determined to succeed, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct appointment setting with potential leads

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls

• Maintain accurate notes and CRM updates

• Perform follow-ups with prospects

• Manage pipeline and ensure consistent lead engagement

• Support daily sales operations and reporting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting and/or sales

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable handling objections and closing conversations

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week)

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

Rate:

• $5/hour
