We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “post content”…But understands why content works.Someone who can take a message and turn it into scroll-stopping visuals and videos.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Number one—you’re bringing content to life.

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

• Create engaging social media posts (graphics + captions)

• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips

• Add subtitles, transitions, and on-brand visuals

• Schedule and publish content across platforms

• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel

• Collaborate with the team on content ideas

• Track basic performance (what’s working, what’s not)

The key here? Execution + creativity.

Not just “I posted it.”But “Did it perform?” Right?

Tools You’ll Be Using:

• CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

• Canva

• Meta Business Suite / Later / Hootsuite (or similar)

• Google Drive

• Slack / ClickUp / Trello

What We’re Looking For:

• Okay, okay—let me tell you this clearly.

• You have experience editing videos for social media

• You understand trends—but don’t depend on them

• You meet deadlines (non-negotiable)

• You communicate consistently (over-communicate, always)

• You take feedback and improve quickly (feedback is love)

• You take initiative—no waiting to be told every step

If you disappear, the content stops.

Schedule & Rate:

• Part-time (20 hours per week)

• Monday to Friday

• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Central Time

• $5 USD per hour

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
