Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant who can support sales initiatives while also handling podcast coordination and social media brand outreach. This role is perfect for someone who is both organized and creative—someone who can manage systems like GoHighLevel while building relationships and growing brand visibility online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sales processes, lead tracking, and follow-ups
• Manage and update CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Conduct brand outreach on social media platforms (DMs, comments, partnerships)
• Coordinate podcast operations (guest outreach, scheduling, publishing support)
• Support content promotion for podcast episodes
• Maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and communications
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and conversion strategies
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
• Experience handling podcasts (guest coordination, publishing, or promotion)
• Strong background in social media outreach and engagement
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Tools You Will Use:
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Podcast management tools (e.g., scheduling, publishing platforms)
• Google Workspace / CRM tools
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday
• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

• Proactive and self-starter mindset
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker for outreach strategies
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Reliable and consistent in delivering results
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Must be willing to work Graveyard Shift
