Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle insurance-related claims, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and fair outcomes. This position requires resilience, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze insurance policies and claim details
• Prepare and organize comprehensive claim documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies to negotiate settlements
• Advocate for favorable outcomes throughout the claims process
• Track and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Identify and resolve issues or delays in claims processing
• Maintain accurate records and updates across systems
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in claims processing or similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with claims management tools and general software

Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)
