Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Marketing Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of marketing operations and execution. This role is perfect for someone who naturally reduces chaos, anticipates needs, and ensures that marketing campaigns, content, and schedules run smoothly.
You will act as a key support system across marketing initiatives—managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, organizing assets, and helping maintain consistency across platforms. This is not just a task-based role; we’re looking for someone who embodies a “Virtual Partner” mindset and contributes to the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and content schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing deliverables
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, documentation, and workflows
• Support email marketing, social media scheduling, and content publishing
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
• Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met proactively
• Handle administrative marketing tasks including reporting and data organization
Qualifications:
• At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, admin, or operations support roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience coordinating multiple moving parts and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is a plus
• Willingness to learn marketing tools like Asana or similar platforms

Working Hours:
• Full-Time
• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
• $7-8/hour
