Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations in a healthcare setting. This role involves handling patient communications, administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. If you enjoy multitasking and delivering excellent service, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Handle order status checks and follow-ups
• Process billing and invoicing tasks
• Manage and organize patient records and reports (including fax communications)
• Assist with social media-related tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Tools You Will Use:
• Eyefinity EPM/EHR
• Weave
• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
Compensation:
• $5/hour

• Must be willing to work Graveyard Shift
