Job Description:

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who doesn’t just complete tasks—you drive results.Let me be clear… activity is nice, but results are everything. Right?

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Find and research potential leads daily

• Reach out on LinkedIn and other platforms

• Send connection requests, messages, and follow-ups consistently

• Start conversations and keep them moving forward

Sales Support & Pipeline Management

• Track all conversations and update lead status

• Move leads through the pipeline (no dropped balls)

• Book qualified appointments

• Follow proven outreach systems and scripts

• Nurture leads with consistent follow-ups

Content & Engagement Support

• Assist with posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

• Engage with comments and messages to attract inbound leads

• Repurpose content to increase reach and visibility

Calendar & Scheduling

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Keep the calendar organized and conflict-free

• Send reminders and ensure smooth coordination

Optimization

• Suggest ways to improve messaging and conversions

• Help refine outreach strategies based on results

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

Tools You’ll Use:

• LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)

• Facebook & Instagram

• Google Calendar

• CRM or lead tracking tools

• Outreach and messaging tools

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• 5 USD per hour

• Part-time (20 hours per week)

• Monday to Friday

• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM CDT (with opportunity to grow hours)
