Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Insurance Claims Coordinator VA to support a roofing and restoration-related operation. In this role, you will coordinate insurance claim documentation, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help manage the claims pipeline efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and partners to coordinate insurance claim documentation
• Manage and update the claims pipeline throughout the intake process
• Coordinate internally with sales representatives to gather project documentation
• Ensure accurate tracking and organization of claim-related information
• Follow up consistently with customers and team members
• Help improve systems and processes for smoother operations
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers

Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong confidence speaking on the phone
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Experience with insurance claims or restoration industry is a plus

Working Hours:
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
