We are recruiting candidates with a diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science from INTI Nilai Campus and INTI Subang Campus. We offer full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues for various systems and platforms

• Manage, maintain, and update internal databases, software, and hardware

• Assist with system administration, configuration, and technical support tasks

• Collaborate with other IT teams to streamline processes and improve systems

• Provide technical advice and support for internal team members

• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to technical requirements

• Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in the IT field

Ideal Candidate:

• Age 28 or older

• Strong background in IT or Computer Science (diploma or degree)

• Previous experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting

• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift for PH-based candidates)

• Flexible hours based on client needs

• Full-time, part-time, and internship positions available
