Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager / Video Editor who can bring content to life across different platforms. In this role, you’ll manage social media content, edit engaging videos, and help create a strong online presence through consistent and high-quality visuals and messaging.

You’ll work closely with the team to turn ideas into polished content that connects with audiences and keeps platforms active, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, and promotional use

• Design simple graphics, captions, and visual assets that align with brand style

• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages when needed

• Organize and manage content calendars to ensure timely posting

• Repurpose existing content into reels, clips, stories, and other social formats

• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and content initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in both social media management and video editing

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and short-form content strategies

• Ability to edit clean, engaging, and fast-paced videos for online audiences

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently

• Strong written English communication skills

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace

• Comfortable working full-time on an EST schedule

• We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:

• Full-time role, 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation:

• $6/hour
