Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for motivated and dependable Sales Virtual Assistants to support a growing media and photography-focused business. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound communication, lead follow-ups, and keeping sales activities organized while helping turn inquiries into qualified opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the team to maintain consistent communication with leads, stay on top of follow-ups, and help create a smooth customer experience from first contact to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound phone calls to potential and existing leads
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maintain engagement
• Update and manage lead information inside the CRM
• Track conversations, notes, and sales activity accurately
• Coordinate communication through Slack, email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Monitor pipelines and help identify opportunities for lead conversion
• Maintain organized workflows and task tracking using Notion
• Support the team with additional sales-related administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
• Motivated self-starter who can work independently and stay productive
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on phone calls
• Consistent follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Hardworking and dependable with a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Previous sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is a strong advantage

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• $6/hour
