Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate media and education business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, and helping brands generate more sales through strategic marketing.

You’ll work closely with the team to create, manage, and optimize digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms while helping improve overall campaign performance and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
• Monitor ad performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
• Optimize ads to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and campaign ideas
• Organize marketing assets and campaign workflows
• Assist with YouTube content management and optimization
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Tools:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• YouTube Studio
• Google Analytics

Working Hours:
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST
• $6/hour
