Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate media and education business. In this role, you’ll help produce engaging video content for marketing, educational resources, social media, and brand growth initiatives while working alongside a team that values creativity, collaboration, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality videos for marketing, educational, and social media content
• Organize raw footage and manage editing workflows efficiently
• Add music, graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements to improve engagement
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand style and messaging
• Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and revisions
• Deliver finalized videos within deadlines and project timelines
• Maintain organized project files and digital assets
• Support ongoing content production and creative initiatives

What We're Looking For:
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Organized and able to manage multiple editing tasks efficiently
• Self-starter who can work independently once trained
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
• Previous experience editing videos for social media, marketing, or educational content is a strong advantage

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
• $7 - $8/hour
