Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and detail-focused Video Editor who can turn long-form content into engaging, high-quality videos that capture attention and keep viewers watching. You’ll work closely with a growing personal brand in the holistic health space, helping create polished content across social media, funnels, and marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling through editing, understands modern content trends, and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life through dynamic visuals, pacing, and sound.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit long-form videos into engaging short-form reels and social clips
• Add dynamic cuts, captions, transitions, pattern interrupts, and b-roll to improve viewer retention
• Create crisp, polished video content that aligns with brand quality standards
• Design thumbnails and visual assets using AI and creative editing tools
• Generate AI-assisted b-roll, visuals, and music when appropriate
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and formatting for SEO and platform performance
• Organize video assets, project files, and content libraries efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and content ideas

Required Tools:
• CapCut
• Photoshop
• AI editing tools
• Replit/AI platforms
• Go High Level

What We're Looking For:

• Strong video editing skills with an eye for pacing, engagement, and storytelling
• Experience creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable editing wellness, health, and emotionally driven content with professionalism and creativity
• Skilled at using AI tools to enhance workflows while still bringing original creative thinking
• Organized, communicative, and able to maintain high-quality output with attention to detail
• Open-minded, creative, and confident working on bold or unconventional subject matter

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:
• Part-time to start, approximately 20 hours per week
• Schedule: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST
