Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Shopify Marketing VA to support a growing eCommerce brand focused on lifestyle and wellness products. In this role, you’ll help manage social media content, customer engagement, Shopify updates, and digital marketing tasks that keep the brand visible, organized, and connected with its audience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with structure. You’ll work closely with engaged managers who know what they want and value proactive support, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, reels, short-form videos, and captions
• Schedule and manage batch posting across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages or comments, and support community growth
• Assist with Shopify product updates, SEO optimization, collections, and integrations
• Support digital marketing efforts including newsletters, customer flows, forms, and outreach campaigns
• Track analytics, evaluate trends, and recommend ideas to improve reach and engagement
• Help organize workflows, document SOPs, and improve operational efficiency
• Assist with customer service inquiries, order support, and general eCommerce coordination

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience managing social media for eCommerce or product-based brands
• Strong skills in Canva, reels creation, video editing, and content scheduling
• Familiarity with Shopify management and basic eCommerce operations
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to follow direction closely
• Proactive, creative, and confident bringing new ideas while remaining collaborative
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

• Part-time role, 20 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST
