Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Shopify Marketing VA to support a growing eCommerce brand. This role combines social media management, digital marketing support, Shopify administration, and customer communication. You'll work closely with hands-on business owners who have a clear vision and are looking for someone who can help bring ideas to life while taking ownership of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging content using Canva, reels, and basic video editing tools
• Schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social platforms
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and support community growth efforts
• Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements based on trends and insights
• Maintain and update Shopify products, collections, and store content
• Optimize product listings and website content for SEO and visibility
• Support customer service inquiries, order management, and eCommerce operations
• Assist with marketing initiatives including newsletters, forms, customer flows, and SOP creation

What We're Looking For:
• Experience supporting both social media and Shopify/eCommerce operations
• Strong content creation skills, including Canva design, reels, and short-form video editing
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow direction while working independently
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest ideas and improvements
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with hands-on leadership

Working Hours:
• Part-time position, 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the role grows
• Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MST)
• Compensation: $5–$7 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
