Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Analyst to support a growing energy-focused business. In this role, you’ll help manage pricing requests, organize incoming bids, and prepare polished proposals that support day-to-day operations.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and keeping projects moving efficiently with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities:

•Review and organize incoming pricing and bid information

•Prepare and send pricing requests to vendors and partners

•Create accurate and professional proposals using provided internal systems

•Maintain spreadsheets and pricing trackers in Excel

•Coordinate timelines and follow up on pending pricing submissions

•Ensure all proposal documents are complete and error-free before submission

•Keep records organized and updated for easy internal access

•Support additional administrative and pricing-related tasks as needed

•We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Required Tools:

•Microsoft Excel

•Internal company systems and tools

•Email communication platforms

What We're Looking For:

•Strong attention to detail and ability to catch small errors before submission

•Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple pricing requests at once

•Driven and dependable with the ability to work independently

•Curious mindset and willingness to learn internal systems and processes

•Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette

•Previous experience with pricing, proposals, data entry, or administrative support is a plus

Working Hours:

•Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

•This is a full-time remote position requiring consistent availability during business hours.
