Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Technology Assistant to support the backend systems of a growing wellness-focused online business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of systeme.io, ensuring courses, emails, automations, and landing pages are running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, can work independently, and wants to play an important role in helping an online business grow behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s systeme.io platform

• Upload and organize online courses and digital content

• Monitor email campaigns and automations to ensure everything is functioning correctly

• Build and update landing pages inside systeme.io

• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify areas for improvement

• Coordinate and manage Zoom recordings, clips, and related assets

• Support ongoing tech-related tasks and backend business operations

• Help streamline systems and suggest more efficient workflows where possible

Required Tools:

• Systeme.io

• Zoom

• Zoom Clips

• Basic website and landing page editing tools

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience using systeme.io, especially with automations, emails, and landing pages

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly

• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Efficient communicator who can provide updates and solve problems proactively

• Someone who enjoys improving systems and helping a business grow operationally

• We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:

• Part-time position, 20 hours per week.

• Schedule: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 9:00 PM–10:00 PM EST (USA).
