Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a friendly and organized Virtual Assistant to help support a growing business through social media promotion, client communication, and appointment booking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will play an important part in helping increase bookings and support business growth through consistent communication and online promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule and manage client bookings and appointments
• Organize photos, marketing materials, and content for online promotion
• Assist with posting and promoting content across social media platforms
• Maintain accurate booking records and client information
• Communicate regularly with the business owner regarding leads and appointments
• Support marketing efforts that help generate new bookings and revenue
• Monitor messages and follow up with potential clients when needed

Google Workspace
WhatsApp
Phone and Text Messaging Applications

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills with a warm and professional approach
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable using social media for business promotion and engagement
Honest, dependable, and committed to providing excellent support
Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication
Experience with client booking, customer service, or administrative support is preferred

Working Hours:
20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM CST

Compensation:
$5–$6 USD per hour
