Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor / Social Media Manager to help edit videos and manage social media content for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media
• Create videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Add captions, text, music, transitions, and simple graphics
• Repurpose long videos into short clips
• Schedule and post content on social media
• Help write or improve captions when needed
• Keep content organized and delivered on time
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain a clean, professional style

Requirements:
• Experience in video editing and social media content
• Must know how to use Adobe Premiere
• Open to using AI tools to improve editing, content creation, and workflow efficiency
• Good eye for design, pacing, and storytelling
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Familiar with social media trends and short-form video content

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:
• Full-Time
• 8 AM to 5 PM CST

• Strong decision-making skills
• Motivated and driven to take action and see tasks through
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with systems and process management

Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Must work during the specified hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
