Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales VA / Lead Generation VA to help generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building. In this role, you'll take ownership of the lead generation process—from researching prospects and initiating conversations to booking qualified appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records.

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a sales-focused environment, and can work independently after initial training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting channels
• Conduct outreach campaigns through messaging, email, and phone calls
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward
• Schedule appointments and discovery calls with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and sales activities
• Utilize AI tools to streamline lead research, outreach personalization, and workflow automation
• Develop and improve lead generation processes to increase efficiency and results
• Deliver a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and booked appointments

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in lead generation,appointment setting,or sales support
• Sales communication,persuasion,and relationship building-skills
• Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects professionally and confidently
• Exeperience using Linkedin and Linkedin Sales Navigator for prospecting
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel(GHL) CRM is highly preferred
• Resourceful,detail-oriented,able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Open to leveraging AI tools for lead research,outreach,and sales process automation

• Takes ownership,shows initiative,and actively looks for solutions rather than waiting for direction

Working Hours:
• Part-time: 20 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST. Additional hours may be available based on performance and business needs.

Compensation:
• USD $5–$6 per hour.
