Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Social Media Coordinator to support a growing healthcare-related business. This role will focus on helping organize and drive key business initiatives, including assisting with business plan development, managing executive administrative tasks, and supporting future social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with research, organization, and documentation for business plan development
• Manage inbox communications and prioritize emails effectively
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities
• Arrange and organize travel plans and itineraries when needed
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business-related documents
• Maintain organized records and files within Google Workspace
• Support future social media scheduling, coordination, and content organization
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes
Required Tools:
• Google Workspace

• Experience supporting executives, business operations, or administrative functions is highly preferred
Working Hours:
• Part-time position: 20 hours per week
• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
Compensation:
• $6.00–$7.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
