Job Description:
The Receptionist/Office Assistant is a remote position working a Sunday through Thursday. (Off on Friday & Saturday) The primary responsibility of this role is to act acting as primary first contact for current customers and customer leads. Additionally, this position supports various functions within the organization and works collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of customer service and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member
• Compiling rental applications and submitting them to landlords for approval
• Creating and managing listings
• Checking both Property Management and Keller Williams email boxes once daily, forwarding messages to appropriate team members with a sense of urgency.
• Ensuring that work order requests are handled as a high priority, and communicated to team member responsible for maintenance promptly.
• Communicating with President of company on any property management leads and sending out the initial email brochure within 1 business day.
• Acting as backup to other team members during critical times to support a variety of business needs.
Qualifications:
• 2 years+ of general receptionist/office assistant experience
• Organized, self-starter with strict attention to detail.
• Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office) with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and handle ever changing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Team player and willingness to help out as needed.
Details:
• Fulltime: 40hrs/wk
• Sunday - Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, and occasionally walking, bending, and standing
• Close vision capabilities to view computer screens
