Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Support VA to help our sales team stay focused on building relationships and closing business. In this role, you'll support daily sales operations by generating qualified leads, managing CRM records, coordinating schedules, monitoring account activity, and helping maintain strong client relationships.

You'll serve as a key support partner to the sales team, helping improve efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new companies that fit target customer profiles

• Research, qualify, and enter potential leads into HubSpot CRM

• Initiate outreach through phone calls, emails, and follow-up communications

• Schedule meetings, appointments, and daily routes for sales representatives

• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all sales activities are properly documented

• Monitor client account performance and notify sales reps of new opportunities or declining activity

• Conduct customer service follow-ups with first-time clients to ensure satisfaction

• Support sales representatives with account management strategies to retain and grow business

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with confidence on the phone

• Experience in sales support, lead generation, business development, customer service, or account management

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Positive, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong go-getter attitude

• Comfortable reviewing metrics, identifying trends, and communicating actionable insights

• Enjoys building relationships, generating outreach emails, and supporting business growth initiatives

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
