Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive Sales Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a strong pipeline across US retail channels.You will research qualified prospects,connect with retail decision maker,support outbound campaigns,and keep every opportunity organized from first contact through scheduled buyer meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generated targeted leads across relevant US retailers,distributors,showrooms,and specialty sales channels
• Identify decision-makers and enrich contact records with accurate titles,email addresses,phone numbers,and company details.
• Conduct outbound calls and cold-call campaigns using clear,confident,and professional communication
• Warm leads through coordinated email,phone,and Linkedin touchpoints tailored to the brand's voice.
• Schedule buyer meetings,coordinate appointments,and send timely confirmations and follow ups.
• Maintain call logs,CRM records,pipeline stages,notes,and next step reminders.
• Coordinate product samples,sales materials,and collateral for buyer reviews
• Research competitors,retailers,trade shows,events,and showroom opportunities while preparing sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Prepare sales reports,performance dashboards and pipeline activity summaries
• We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks,but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication
Required Tools:

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales support,lead generation,appointment setting,or outbound outreach
• Strong spoken and written English,with confidence communicating with US-based buyers and decision-makers
• Comfortable making cold calls,handling initial objections,and following up consistently.
• Skilled at online research,contact enrichment,CRm updates,and accurate data entry.
• Organized and dependable with the ability to manage several leads,follow ups,and deadlines at once.
• Family with retail,wholesale,consumer prdoucts,or buyer outreach is strongly preferred.
Working Hours:
• Full time,Monday to Friday,8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
