Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage website maintenance, inventory cleanup, competitor tracking, and AI-powered workflow improvements. You will support Shopify websites, keep product data accurate, and build practical automations that help the team work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Shopify websites by updating product pages, images, descriptions, pricing, links, and other website content.
• Clean up and organize product photos, inventory records, product listings, and collections for multiple online stores.
• Review inventory data regularly and correct duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Track competitor activity across Amazon and TikTok, including pricing, products, promotions, content, and marketplace trends.
• Build AI agents and simple AI-powered tools that improve daily operations and reduce repetitive manual work.
• Create and manage Zapier automations that connect platforms, organize information, and streamline team workflows.
• Test website updates, product pages, forms, links, and mobile layouts to ensure everything works correctly.
• Document completed updates, inventory changes, competitor findings, automations, and any issues requiring further attention.

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

What We're Looking For:
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify websites, product listings, images, and inventory.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing product data, stock levels, photos, links, and website content.
• Practical experience using Zapier to build and troubleshoot workflow automations.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, and no-code platforms used to improve business efficiency.
• Ability to research and organize competitor information from Amazon, TikTok, and other online channels.
• Reliable communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage recurring maintenance tasks independently.

Working Hours:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
