Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a tech-savvy Tech Specialist to help support the day to day operations of a growing online business.In the part-time role,you'll take ownership of the technical side of the business by managing online courses,automations,and landing pages,allowing business owner to focus own growth while you keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the systeme.io platform.
• Upload and organize online courses with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor and troubleshoot email campaigns and automation workflows.
• Build and update landing pages within systeme.io.
• Coordinate and manage Zoom recordings and Zoom Clips as needed.
• Support updates and maintenance for Biocanic.com.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall efficiency.
• Proactively recommend technical solutions that help support business growth.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience using systeme.io, including course management, email automations, and landing page creation.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Efficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple technical tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive in suggesting improvements that enhance business operations and scalability.

Working Hours:
• Part-time (20 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 9:00 PM–10:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
• Salary: 5usd/hr
