Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a reliable and detailed oriented Customer Service & Enrollment Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.In this role,you'll provide outstanding support through live chat,email,and phone while helping manage enrollment processes,customer accounts,and internal administrative tasks.We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks,but nothing outside your skillset and always with clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat,email,and phone in professional and timely manner.
• Process enrollments,account updates,and customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns by identifying solutions and following established processes.
• Support the team with email management and dashboard access requests.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on outstanding requests to deliver excellent customer service.

What we're looking for :
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with a customer first approach.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Profiency with Microsoft Excel,Teams,Word,Powerpoint,Google Workspace,and Adobe Applicants.
• Strong organizational skills,excellent attention to detail,and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Working Hours:
• Full Time
• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-6:00pm Eastern Time US
• Friday: 8:30am-12:30pm Eastern Time US
Rate:
• 7-8/per hour
