Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Promoter to help grow an inspiring online community centered around community conversations,timeless ideas,and engaging content.You'll work closely with a passionate founder to expand the project's reach across multiple platforms,build authentic connections,and help bring fresh ideas to people who genuinely appreciate them.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and grow a consistent presence across relevant social media platforms.
• Publish and schedule content provided by the project owner across multiple channels.
• Research and connect with creators, communities, and organizations with similar interests.
• Engage with followers and encourage meaningful conversations around shared topics.
• Monitor platform activity and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Organize content and campaign planning using Google Docs.
• Share regular updates on social media performance and community growth.

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:
• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Work will be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM (PDT Pacific Time (Seattle).

What We're Looking For:
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• A genuine interest in building online communities through thoughtful engagement.
• Comfortable learning new platforms and adapting to different social media strategies.

• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the project owner.
• Creative mindset with a sense of curiosity and adventure when exploring new ideas and audiences.
• Previous experience with social media management or content promotion is an advantage.
