Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day management, optimization, and automation of our GHL platform.We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. The right candidate should not only know how to follow instructions but also be able to identify issues, suggest solutions, and continuously improve GHL systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and understands how to build and manage funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, campaigns, forms, calendars, and integrations. You should be comfortable troubleshooting issues, improving existing systems, and proactively identifying ways to make processes more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build, set up, and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts and sub-accounts
• Create and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and campaigns
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and websites
• Set up and manage pipelines, opportunities, and lead stages
• Configure calendars, appointment scheduling, and notifications
• Manage email and SMS campaigns and automated follow-ups
• Create lead nurturing and customer communication sequences
• Set up GHL integrations with third-party platforms and tools
• Troubleshoot workflows, automations, integrations, and technical issues
• Monitor automation performance and make improvements as needed
Maintain accurate CRM data and proper lead tracking
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and campaign performance monitoring
• Document processes and systems for team reference
• Provide general technical support related to GHL

Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Strong knowledge of GHL workflows, automations, funnels, CRM, and pipelines
• Experience building email and SMS campaigns
• Familiarity with triggers, actions, conditions, and automation logic
• Experience with GHL integrations and webhooks is a plus
• Basic understanding of landing page and funnel design
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week aligned with CST

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with agencies, coaches, consultants, or online businesses
• Knowledge of CRM and lead-generation processes
• Experience with Zapier, Make, Stripe, Calendly, or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Experience managing multiple GHL accounts or client sub-accounts
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
