Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing business with digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll help drive brand visibility, generate leads, monitor performance metrics, and support marketing campaigns across multiple channels. If you enjoy both creative and analytical work and are confident communicating with prospects and clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SEO efforts, including backlink building and keyword-focused content strategies

• Support PPC campaigns by monitoring performance and assisting with campaign improvements

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across relevant platforms

• Develop and distribute eNewsletters and email marketing campaigns through HubSpot

• Write and publish blog content that aligns with marketing goals and SEO best practices

• Review marketing metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights

• Generate outreach emails and communicate professionally with leads and contacts

• Maintain organized marketing records, workflows, and communication channels

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting digital marketing activities, including SEO, backlinks, PPC, blogs, social media, and email marketing

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with confidence speaking on the phone when needed

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-focused approach

• Comfortable reviewing marketing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

• Compensation:$7.00 per hour
