Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a highly organized Office Manager / Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to busy teams and keeping projects moving forward. You'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring tasks stay on track, communication is clear, and clients receive outstanding support. If you have experience in project coordination, administration, or teaching and enjoy helping people stay organized and accountable, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and keep projects moving according to deadlines and priorities.
• Monitor task progress in project management platforms and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Track project updates, identfy bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and CRM data.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and general administrative activities.
• Provide proactive follow-up so commitments are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in project coordination, office management, administrative support, customer service, teaching, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify missed tasks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence speaking to both clients and team members.
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive, with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems, adapting to changing priorities, and working independently.
• Willing to use a screenshot-based time tracker during working hours as part of standard productivity and accountability practices.
Working Hours:
• Part-time position. Your schedule will align with business needs and may require availability during U.S.
•Central Time business hours.
• Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 4:00 PM CST
Compensation:
• $5-7 USD per hour
