Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative,organized,and execution-focused Content Manager/Marketing Assistant to help build and manage a high impact content strategy.In this role,you'll take ownership of the content pipeline,produce engaging video and written content,and work closely with visionary founder to grow an engaged community through consistent,on-brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage a streamlined content production pipeline from planning to publishing

• Produce engaging long-form and short-form video content while eliminating production backlogs

• Plan and maintain a content calendar 4–6 weeks in advance, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives

• Collaborate closely with the founder to execute marketing campaigns and content strategies

• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for emails, blogs, campaigns, landing pages, and app content

• Assist with app content curation, including evaluating restaurants using holistic nutrition standards

• Support social media engagement and campaign rollouts using marketing automation tools

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to create authentic content without relying on AI-generated writing

• Advanced video editing experience, with strong proficiency in Descript as a required skill

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines

• Creative with a strong eye for branding, design, and visual storytelling

• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and confident in learning or recommending new tools that improve efficiency

• Results-driven with a proactive mindset and comfortable working closely with a visionary founder

• Willing to use a screenshot and productivity tracker, provide a credit score as part of the hiring process, and work the required schedule

Working Hours:

• Part-time (20 hours per week)

• Regular schedule: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift, Philippines Time), with occasional earlier hours as needed for social engagement.
