Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a skilled and proactive GHL Specialist to support the marketing and automation systems of a growing education-focused business. In this role, you'll build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, CRM processes, and automations that generate leads, improve communication, and create efficient marketing systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel funnels and websites
• Create and maintain CRM pipelines, workflows, and automations in GoHighLevel
• Develop and improve AI-powered automations to streamline marketing and communication
• Set up and optimize direct message (DM) automation for lead engagement
• Support lead generation and outreach campaigns through automated systems
• Coordinate marketing workflows across social media and other digital channels
• Monitor funnel performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement enhancements
• Troubleshoot automation, CRM, and workflow issues to ensure smooth operations

Required Tools:
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• AI automation tools
• Direct message automation tools
• Social media platforms
• Microsoft Excel (basic reporting)
• Google Workspace
• Bonus: Familiarity with MacOS

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience building and managing GoHighLevel funnels, automations, and CRM workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and complete most tasks without detailed guidance
• Trustworthy, proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
• Experience with AI-powered marketing automations and lead generation strategies is highly preferred
• Comfortable learning new tools and continuously improving marketing systems

Rate:

• $7-8 USD per hour

Working Hours:
• Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week | Eastern Time

Schedule Options:
• Option 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
• Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET
