Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PSA Associate to support professional services administration, reporting, billing, and financial forecasting. You’ll manage sold professional services deals in Workday, work with Excel-based sales estimation tools, and help keep project and financial information accurate, organized, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage professional services administration for sold deals within Workday PSA.
• Input professional services contracts using Excel-based sales estimation tools and ensure information is accurately reflected in Workday.
• Support billing, project management, and financial forecasting by maintaining complete and reliable deal data.
• Produce standard Excel and PowerPoint reports for organizational and management needs.
Prepare and maintain recurring reports, analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with and take ownership of assigned close activities, ensuring deadlines and accuracy requirements are met.
• Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and independently resolve routine issues using available resources.
• Maintain organized records and communicate clearly when information, approvals, or additional support are needed.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with contracts, financial information, and system data.
• Solid Excel skills with the ability to perform standard analysis and create clear, accurate reporting.
• Experience with Workday PSA or similar professional services, project management, billing, or financial systems.
• Ability to work independently, stay resourceful, and take ownership of recurring responsibilities.
• Strong time-management skills with a consistent ability to meet deadlines and manage close-related activities.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to spot discrepancies, investigate issues, and maintain accurate records.

Working Hours:
• This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role. You’ll work from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
