Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Editor + Video Editor to support a growing marketing agency that works with medical aesthetics clients. In this role, you'll create engaging short-form content, manage social media posting, and help bring fresh, trend-driven ideas to life across Instagram and TikTok while ensuring every piece of content stays on brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok using current trends, hooks, and transitions
• Create high-quality ad creatives, including carousels, story ads, and before-and-after layouts
• Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Write compelling English captions that align with each client's brand voice
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
• Research social media trends and generate fresh content ideas tailored to the medical aesthetics industry
• Organize content assets and maintain an efficient production workflow across multiple client accounts

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong experience editing short-form videos, especially Reels and TikTok content, with an eye for trending formats and engaging storytelling
• Skilled in creating ad creatives, social media graphics, and visually appealing marketing content
• Excellent written English with the ability to write engaging captions and social media copy
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, including the difference between organic and paid content
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to consistently deliver high-quality work within 24–48 hours
• Reliable, responsive during working hours, and comfortable working independently after onboarding
• Available to work during Pacific Time business hours or overlap with the client's schedule
• Owns a reliable computer, fast internet connection, and can provide a portfolio of previous short-form video work and professional references
• Experience with medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare content, knowledge of HIPAA considerations, and Meta ad creative experience are strong advantages

Working Hours:
• Part-time (20 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with availability to overlap during the client's business hours.
