Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for a detail-oriented Orders Specialist to manage and coordinate the full order lifecycle across wholesale, dropship, eCommerce, and marketplace channels. In this role, you'll help ensure orders move smoothly from receipt to fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy, retailer compliance, and strong communication with warehouse partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage incoming orders from retailer portals, email, EDI platforms, and eCommerce systems
• Upload, release, and monitor orders through warehouse fulfillment partners
• Prepare packing slips, carton labels, shipping documents, and pick lists
• Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, ASN requirements, and shipping standards
• Track orders from receipt through delivery, providing timely updates on order status and backorders
• Resolve order issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, routing errors, and chargebacks
• Manage EDI transactions, monitor system errors, and maintain retailer compliance requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse partners, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth fulfillment operations

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience managing wholesale, dropship, eCommerce, or marketplace order processing
• Strong knowledge of EDI transactions, retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, ASN processes, and UCC-128 labeling
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Clear and professional written communication skills when working with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while taking ownership of tasks and outcomes

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
• 5-7 USD per hour
