Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is looking for an Automation Specialist who can build, maintain, and improve reliable systems that move leads smoothly from first contact to becoming members. You’ll work primarily with GoHighLevel and n8n, taking ownership of workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, and documentation so important processes don’t fall through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build advanced GoHighLevel workflows for lead nurture, recovery, booking, payment follow-up, pipelines, SMS, and email sequences.
• Create and maintain cross-platform automations using n8n, APIs, webhooks, conditional logic, and error handling.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with Mindbody, Slack, Monday.com, and other business systems as needed.
• Audit workflows on a regular schedule and monitor error alerts to catch automation failures proactively.
• Troubleshoot and repair broken workflows or integrations before they affect leads, bookings, or payments.
• Document automation builds, workflow changes, integration logic, and troubleshooting processes in clear SOPs and build logs.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks across the team and recommend practical ways to automate them.
• Maintain clear task statuses and communicate risks, issues, and recommended solutions before deadlines are affected.

What We're Looking For:
• Advanced GoHighLevel experience, including triggers, conditional logic, pipelines, webhooks, and SMS or email sequences.
• Hands-on n8n experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and error handling; Zapier experience is helpful but does not replace n8n.
• Ability to take ownership of systems, troubleshoot independently, and bring recommended solutions instead of simply reporting problems.
• Strong documentation habits so workflows and technical knowledge never depend on one person’s memory.
• Clear written English, reliable follow-through, and the ability to provide concise progress updates without being chased.
• Comfort with AI, direct feedback, high standards, and proactively finding opportunities to make systems faster and more reliable.

Working Hours:

• 8:00 am- 12:00 PST
